To calculate it, nothing could be simpler! All you have to do is add up each digit of that date. If at the end you obtain a number with two factors, add them until the result is between 1 and 9.
If you were born on 04/09/1975 for example, this number will therefore be:
0 + 9 + 0 + 4 + 1 + 9 + 7 + 5 = 35 / 3 + 5 = 8.
